Proposal for ML conduct

You actually dont't have the right to call each other names.
You have the right to free speech, but not to attack a person 
figurativly\literally.  I'm on  is another public list,
where someone was sued for calling someone else a fool.

Treat free speech as a privilege,
if that is done, then truly it is a right.
If not then it is an abuse.
