So, I think I agree with everything in this paragraph. :)

I would be interested to see if you could flesh this information out
quite a bit more. Specifically, I'd like to see some tangible examples
of what this model would look like, from the perspective of a packager
and from the perspective of a user. I'd like to know what (if any)
changes would need to be made to Fedora's infrastructure (koji, bodhi)
as well as to Fedora (the Linux distribution). I'd even love to see some
mockups illustrating how this is different/improved.

I suspect there are some very good and useful ideas in here, I just want
to have them clarified and brought out for others (like me) to
understand and help implement.
