[Ambassadors] FOSDEM - February 2007 -

we, who attend the FAD (where the most Ambassador were at one place)
decided how we should have the best effort for Fedora; means which Event
in EMEA has the best value for us, the community and the effort for all
to hold the "most important" and biggest FEDORA event in 2007.

We decided that it should be at FOSDEM

because of:
- it's a international Event
- it's the biggest Open Source event in EMEA
  because Linuxtag (in Germanyseems dying)
- we have an Ambassador there at the place
- it's an "central event" ("middle" of Europe)
- it's a well known event in the OSS Scene
- it's in a RElease cycle and not between a release change
  between FC6 and FC7
- and we found many other topics why to place "our" event there

But if we cann't get any support from the local Ambassador for dealing
with FOSDEM and also not from the FOSDEM organisation we should
immediatly change our decissions ...
