Some other updates from FOSDEM:

* There will be a social FOSDEM party, The "beer event", however the
date/place will be communicated soon.

* Assurance for materials:

The official mail hasn't yet sent, but it's the same as last year: for
every device you bring
along and that you want to be covered by their insurance, you must send us
the following data:
- - vendor/model
- - the type of device (notebook, switch, ...)
- - serial number or other unique identifier that is visible on the device
- - estimation of its current value, in EUR

Deadline is still to be determined, but It would be 2 weeks before the
event.
