Well, goodwill and passion are already out there. We need to provide
Ambassadors and their teams with the necessary infrastructure and
materials so they can perform their activities with no hassles.

Maybe. As this is a long-standing-and-discussed-issue, could we create a
survey or quick poll to find out what would be best for different
regions? Local mirros can also be a good alternative...

Yes! Soon we'll start to execute our big FC5 splash and we hope to count
on the Fedora Ambassadors to spread the good words of FC5 worldwide ;))

Very well put! I guess the hard bit is finding people that are able to
talk on project, marketing, and development subjects at the same time.

Fedora booth like the one you had in FUDCon Delhi 2006?

I mean, should we have at least 1 marketing person, 1 techie... or maybe
one that can do both?
