[1] We are assuming that the current FAMSCo has attained the limits of
its existence and presence justification stage - from what I see that'd
be a tad hasty - let's give it a period of a quarter or even 2 more quarters

[2] One might like to follow the model that the GNOME Foundation follows
in terms of setting an agenda, timelines and ToDo and then going through
an election (which by and large has been strife free :P)

While [1] will get some time to get [2] in place, [2] will provide
communication and transparency that would get the things going
