No can (or will) do.

Not free software, and in many cases, not distributable.  Further, even 
linking to some patent-infringing bits (mp3, xvid, etc)... is not legal 
(e.g. contributory infringement).

About the best we can do, is already on
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Multimedia/
