Sure, you can request some reimbursement--simply submit the proposed
budget, a short justification of expense, as outlined on
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ambassadors/SteeringCommittee/Reimbursement

Send your proposal to famsco and we'll discuss and possibly approve it.
