[Ambassadors] Active/Inactive Ambassadors

Have you a solution to make inactive ambassadors work?

If we do some counts, you will see that at minimum 50 ambassadors aren't
doing anything, I'm not talking about people that don't report (a
necessary thing, in my opinion) I'm talking people who signed the CLA
add themselves in the AccountSystem and then forget that they are
enrolled here (I don't know if it's an intentional or unintentional thing).
