Today, the meeting will be held at 14:00 UTC. Francesco proposed to 
alter meeting times every other week:

Every month:
Week 1 - 14:00 UTC
Week 2 - 21:00 UTC
Week 3 - 14:00 UTC
Week 4 - 21:00 UTC

We're in the first week of April now, so 14:00 UTC.

My +1 for these times, as long as the reminder gets sent to the mailing 
list in time ;-)
