[Ambassadors] FAD2007 meeting minutes

I couldn't join this FAD so, i want tahnk with Chitlesh for the report.

I want also thanks with the guys who have attended this great event, as the
past year you give real ideas for Ambassadors Project, personally i think
this is more than a report but a sure way Ambassadors Project has to follow.
