[Ambassadors] Arguments needed

Hi mates,

Trying to promote Fedora and the use of yum (instead of third manager
like smart) I forgot why it is not acceptable for yum to download many
packages at the same time. I know it is for a security reason, but I
can't find why.

Could someone refresh my mind please ?
