[Ambassadors] Fedora Ambassadors Recognition Awards

As a tradition in Fedora Ambassadors Project, we recognize our peer
Ambassadors by awarding them a small gift every 6 months or so.

Please nominate your fellow Ambassador who should receive this round
of Fedora Ambassadors Recognition Awards[1].

The winners will be announced at the end of this month (Feb 28th) and
will be posted on our special wiki page[1].
