[Ambassadors] Fedora Ambassadors Meeting Reminder 2007-07-19 22:00 UTC

I think the Scheduled time (22:00 UTC) is very problematic.

most of Europe, Africa and Asia will be sleeping at the time.
so only American people could attend.

i think 17:00 UTC is much more acceptable. not only everyone are awake,
but also for the Americans it is OK.
