Who decided that we have separate topics for the two lists? I thought
that was evident from the discussion, and it was specifically mentioned
in Patrick's email to this list.
As for the request to end cross-posting, it is more of a community
decision. Fedora follows general FLOSS practices, which frown upon
cross-posting. Similar with PostIsOffTopic, it is a general practice to
ask people to post to the appropriate location. If we answer the
off-topic questions, it encourages people to post off-topic again.
