[Ambassadors] Report of the event "Free software and proprietary software, a choice for complementarity"

In February 28 took place an event in the technological pole El Ghazela,
Tunisia, called "Free software and proprietary software, a choice for
complementarity".
It was an opportunity for me and a friend to present The Fedora Project.
Many persons belonging to different fields found out how to create a local
Fedora repository and to make LAMP architecture work.
We used Fedora France banner with some modifications:
