[Ambassadors] Bengal taps IBM, Red Hat for open-source centre

Hello All, 
It is very vital and important, when governments start doing something 
regarding proprietary operating systems,  by this project they will be 
closing doors of monopoly, and opening new horizon for a free development 
environment, free computing and yet in future providing citizens the ability 
to using computers in every house hold.
