[Ambassadors] China Fedora Support Community welcome all of you to join us

Thanks for Francesco's advice. Actually,I have found that there were few
docs about Fedora in Wiki.So the translation of Wiki page into Chinese is in
my plan. What I want to do is to set one team in China to do this
project.The power of one team is much beyond one person.
