Since the APAC region spans about 7 time zones, may I suggest
that 0300 GMT Sunday?

0830 India
1100 Singapore/Malaysia/Western Australia/HK/TW/CH
1200 Japan/Korea
1300 Sydney
1500 NZ

I would not be able to make it this Sunday as I will be up in the air
somewhere.
