Yes Cobbler handles (among other things) PXE booting and installing.
Take a look at:
http://www.redhatmagazine.com/2007/08/10/cobbler-how-to-set-up-a-network-boot-server-in-10-minutes/

While that's a bit dated now, it should be enough to get you up and
going - and push updates in the process.
