[Ambassadors] Fedora Release party Tunisia

Hi,

As for a Tunisian MIrror of Fedora, we are building a server, an IBM
Express Q550, dual PPC64 processors.

The actual HDD storage  capacity, is 2x73G. we need more.
and we need hosting fees.

The ISET charguia Mirror, is for private use. but as Nihed said, any
institution who wants to build a private or public mirror, we can
glady help (in Tunisia).
