I recommend that the Fedora Board delegate to me the responsibility of 
reporting back on "Fedora's progress in EMEA" frequently, and "state of 
the Fedora NPO" as part of that report quarterly.

I can work with everyone, and put it together in a way that will be 
useful for the community, the Fedora Board, and Red Hat all at the same 
time.
