The main reason is that LATAM community is growing fast and it's
necessary to give a point of reference for its members. It's necessary
to improve the community experience and define a bridge between FAmSCo
and LATAM community.

We, FAmSCo, think it's necessary to work on the localization of the
Ambassadors project, maintaining, moreover, a centralization (general
policies are made by the whole Ambassadors Project, like FAmSCo etc.),
and that's another way to offer to the community a chance to develop
new interactions and favouring a constant growth.

LATAM community will be managed by Rodrigo. a trusted, well know,
Ambassadors and FAmSCo member, following the Ambassadors Policies
(e.g. New Membership Policies).

This is only a step in this way.

LATAM community demonstrated great capacities in the past and in the
future with events and activities (see this FY Budget and see all the
initiatives started in LATAM): all those one require a person who can
powerfully manage and help.
