Take me for example:

I still have MaxSpevack

But my "official user page" is now User:Mspevack

I kept MaxSpevack as the "page with all myinformation"

and added a redirect from User:Mspevack to MaxSpevack

#REDIRECT [[MaxSpevack]]

And it all just worked.
