[Ambassadors] Event Reporting Guidelines

As mentioned in the earlier email [1] regarding the increased budget
for Fedora events, there will be a reporting requirement for
Ambassadors that receive funds or materials from Fedora Project for
their event.  These reports will be used to help show the increased
budget was warranted and had a positive impact on promoting Fedora.

To assist with these reports a new page has been created in the wiki
to show the reporting requirements and to suggest content for these
reports.  The Event Reporting Guidelines are located here:
