[Ambassadors] North & South America meeting time

I was thinking in giving a comment on this topic recently, the 20:00 UTC is
somewhat difficult to attend for us living in the North American zone (I'm
in the Arizona -0700 GMT  just about getting out from job). So I must read
the meetings logs near always.
So Matt I give a +1 to to this proposal.
