[Ambassadors] FAD LinuxTag - Country overviews

Hi all,

Next week will be the FAD LinuxTag [1] at Berlin.  There are still some 
countries missing for the Country Overview (Netherlands, USA, and ? ) 
[2] and some are incomplete like Switzerland ;-) .  Please add your own 
country (if missing) till Friday this week.
During the weekend I will place all country details into some slides for 
next Tuesday.
