Willing to let us know how many systems/users roughly? Note that we are 
also desperately looking for more Indian mirrors and if you/your 
organization is interesting in helping out, let me know.

There seems to be a few ambassadors in Chennai now. Maybe you all can 
together and hold a release party following the Fedora 9 release. If you 
coordinate with the local LUG, it would be a great opportunity to reach 
more users.

in handy for knowing what's new in the release.

We have opportunities all over the place to do exactly that.

Wishlist sort of approach doesn't tend to go very well with community
