[Ambassadors] Fedora Ambassador Polo Shirt

Just speaking for myself, I'd prefer to source these regionally.

I think we are probably ready to gather orders for at least an initial 
order.

North American Ambassadors who are interested in polos, please send me 
the following information, and I will work with the regional Fedora 
Ambassador leadership to request funding for the initial up-front 
one-time logo design costs.  I will ask if the vendor can drop ship 
orders directly to individuals and see how much that will cost.

We can turn these around fairly quickly I'd think, plenty of time prior 
to Ohio Linux Fest and FUDCon.  Thanks all!
