[Ambassadors] How do you enforce someone to work on something?

Hi,

You raise interesting questions, and while I won't try and respond to
all of it, I'd like to take up the $subject.

In my mind one does not 'force' or compel anyone to work on something.
Especially when that something is The Fedora Project. I think we tend to
hold on to the notion that the inherent robustness and the sound
principles underlying the community architecture within Fedora make it
possible for anyone to find something they excel in and they end up
contributing. Sometimes it does take time, sometimes such contribution
and participation happens in the flash of an eye, but it does happen.
And, repeated instances of such events is what makes a vibrant community
rich with shared experiences.

And you are doing the perfect thing here. Asking fellow Ambassadors and
contributors to find their own path in the project is one of the tasks
of a mentor or a guide and in choosing to do so, you are doing a very
noble and fulfilling task.

It does matter who you are. It does make a difference as to what you do.
It does reflect your desire to understand more of Fedora that you raise
these queries. As to how other Chinese Ambassadors can work with you, it
would be based on how much you interact with them or, how much value
they see in joining hands and forming a team based on collaboration.
Sometimes it takes time to get collaboration and then there are times
when a single meeting seems to resolve crisis.

You would have to find your own way.
