[Ambassadors] Venezuelan Friend in Vienna using fedora

Hello to all.

I have a really good friend that has moved to vienna to finish his
medicine career. He is a new fedora user and I'll like to know if
there is any ambassador (or fedora user) near him to help and talk a
little. He is learning German but he speaks English much better than
me :$  (he is near the 17 district )

If there is anyone near that want to help to my friend, I'll be really glad :D
