CORRECTION:

Apparently my numbers are way off. John Rose pulled up the actual
numbers and the cost after the first 500 is 13cents per piece.
The first 500 cost $550.

So to redo my numbers:
11,000 would cost   $1,915
20,000 would cost $3,085
50,000 would cost  $6,985

At least it was less
