[Ambassadors] F11 Release Events Meeting

It's time to start thinking about Release Events, using all the
suggestions collected during the previous ones (the last on
particularly) and, from these ones, working building another unique
and marvellous initiative.

Here is what it's necessary to think about:

- one (or more) IRC meetings to have a look at what is needed
- if you want to plan a Release Event and you are sure to hold it, add
it to fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraEvents and do whatever needed in
order to give us all the tool to better address your necessities
- keep in mind a Release isn't a steady thing but it's subject to
changes (so, if I'm not wrong think about the early beginning of
june), so Q3

This is all, for now.
