I think the new standard is to use Category pages as indexes rather
than having an index page that is stand alone.
Ian: Am I correct in this statement?

So one would add this to Category:FAD and by going to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Category:FAD would be able to see all
of the FAD pages.
