[Ambassadors] Refreshing Fedora swag in EMEA

Hi all,

Somthing that it's time to think about is refreshing our supplies of 
Fedora swag in the EMEA region.

Things that we have:

* Buttons -- there are a bunch of these in the hands of the Greek 
Ambassadors, that we should distribute to different parts of EMEA, for 
people who are doing events.

Things that we should make more of:

* Stickers

* Tshirts

Fedora EMEA e.V. can help pay some costs of these items, as can I 
directly from the Fedora budget.  But we need Ambassadors to step up and 
take charge of getting things produced.  This can be the same people who 
have done it in the past, or new people who want to volunteer for an 
important job.

The goals are simple:

(1) Get agreement on something to produce.

(2) Produce it at a reasonable price.

(3) Spread it around to key Ambassadors throughout the region who can 
then act as distribution points.

I think that Q3 (Starting September 1) will be a good time to invest 
some money into these sorts of things, which gives us a little over a 
month to sort it out.
