It has been my intention to either bring or ship ahead of time one of
the NA event boxes for this event. That will include a variety of
promotional items including t-shirts, media, buttons, tattoos, case
badges, stickers and whatever else might materialize prior to the
event (fedora branded pens are in the works and I hope will be
available by then). It also includes various supplies for booth setup
and one HP mini-note and one XO for our use at the booth.

Regarding the retractable banners it turned out the ones we had in
mind will not physically fit inside our event boxes so we are
rethinking how we want to proceed with them. At this point there is
work being done (primarily by Ben WIlliams) to get a new two panel
design asap and get two of these made. We lack any large
banners/posters of any sort at the moment (at least for standard event
box fodder).
