As Ian points out, this is not correct usage of the Fedora logo.
However, beyond that, you are not permitted to use the Red Hat logo
*at all* without the express written permission of Red Hat.

As a reminder to all ambassadors, the Red Hat and Fedora logos are
trademarks owned by Red Hat, Inc. The Red Hat trademarks are never to
be used by Fedora community members without permission. The Fedora
trademarks are administered on behalf of the community, and to use
them you must adhere to both:

* The trademark guidelines located here:
  https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal:Trademark_guidelines

* The logo usage guidelines located here:
  https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Logo/UsageGuidelines

Note that the trademark guidelines indicate you are not automatically
permitted to use the Fedora trademarks or logo in all situations.
Please read the guidelines carefully when you are considering using
the Fedora trademarks. First, find the case into which your usage
fits. Then read the guidelines section to find out the requirements.
After you have established that you are allowed to use the trademarks
in your situation without permission, then move on to the logo usage
guidelines to find out how to use the marks correctly.

Thanks for your assistance!
