Yes, I think there was a mistaken assumption made about the content of
the video.

But when one posts a link to something here giving us some context is
a good thing. What is the video about? Why should we care? Telling us
why you think it is important for us to watch and what you think
Fedora should be doing in Sri Lanka that we aren't would be a good way
to get a discussion started.
