   - Training & Tips for Fedora Ambassadors -- Max Spevack

     Please attend this IRC class this weekend if you can.

   - 2009 Red Hat Summit - Chicago, September 1-4

     CFP Deadline is March 9.

     Some discussion of preliminary plans for Fedora activities.

   - Discussion of all Events scheduled for Q1 with an eye toward
     funding needs.

   - Most events are taken care of with existing event supplies.

   - Need further information from larry, kam, and karlie.

* Budget Review [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ambassadors/NA/Budget]

   - Discussion of Q1 Budget including events, infrastructure items,
     swag, and media.

   - Initial consideration given to allocating funds to help some
     ambassadors attend FAD F12 in Boston. We will revisit this for
     further discussion next meeting.

   - Hope to have most budget plans made by March 17.

   - jsmidt announced that they are considering holding a FAD at LUCI.

   - sseiersen inquired about Fedora branded USB sticks.
