You direct them to the freemedia form:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Distribution/FreeMedia

If the form is closed, they can try again the following month,
or purchase from one of the  vendors:
http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora (look near bottom of page)

If you can help it ali.
Make a complete new email, rather that replying to a "digest".
As it throws off threading and can cause confusion to a lot of people.
