[Ambassadors] Fedora availability initiative

Just some constructive suggestions:

- trying to get in touch with other people to start covering your
cities' internet cafes

- organizing some Meetings with this first work team

- (really suggested) creating some Wiki pages (e.g.
/Ambassadors/Fedora_availability_initiative) with all informations on
the initiative: what is, how to get involved, who is involved,
meetings log.

I'm sure it will be a interesting initiative, feel free to poke me if
you need help.

I invite to add this task in
fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ambassadors/Schedule (and, if a wiki page will
be available add a link to this, like some of the other tasks).
