technical support.

In India, there are many user groups where people just shoot out an
e-mail to ask for copies of CDs/DVDs, and people usually help out by
burning a copy for free.

People who are not part of the user groups, get a copy of the CDs/DVDs
only through magazines who ship them, like "LFY" [1], or when they
attend installfests/workshops in their region, where there is usually
a CD/DVD stall.
