[Ambassadors] letter template

Hey guys,

I know the so called "snail post" is not that frequently used like 
e-mails today, but i think if someone has to write a letter in the 
function as fedora ambassador, it would be great to have a letter 
template for such stuff.

So i started to create one, in the attachment you can find my first result.

It isn't a milenium-highlight but i think it is a good thing if you need 
something like that sometime.

What do you think about?

Any improvements or ideas?
