[FC7 theme proposal] Flying High with Fedora 7 - Round 1

All,

With the additional time I added a few refinements to the Flying High
POC theme.

I made minor adjustments to the "Fedora by moon light" wall paper and I
added a splash image corrected to 16 colors.
