FC7 ideas: Metacity theme concept (update)

The wiki has now an alternate metacity look derived from Fedora Core 5
Gnome splash screen. The aim is to get a distinctive look with
readability in mind (note the description is bold and the application is
normal).

I am still reading the tutorial how to create a metacity and GTK theme.
The goal is to provide an enhanced version of Clearlooks theme without
too much glossy and shiny look.
