I also spoke about developing a new different window decoration for
Fedora Core 7 and talk about that to Diana. I have not enough skill to
develop that yet but I make a draft available on:

I am looking for someone who can develop that concept. If there is not
one available, I will start the project as soon as possible for anyone
to try it out.
