"Σφάλμα 404" - fortunately the tar.gz linked from the wiki works.

How about using this header? (it is used in anaconda)

Align it to left, put a dark blue background under it and maybe make the
png fade to transparency on the right edge, to seamlessly blend with the
background.

You can't have it both ways, DNA theme is dark, so a header with the DNA
theme have to be dark. But is good contrast to have a bright page and a
dark header.

You are using very few icons so probably the consistency is not damaged
that much.

The Bluecurve icons are located in /usr/share/icons/Bluecurve/24x24/

For example you are using "edit-redo" for external link icon, which is
stock/stock-redo.png in Bluecurve

I think a 800px wide header left aligned and blending in the background
should be fine.

I would use a darker blue for "title" class ("Fedora documentation" and
"Other resources") and use the same color as the h3 with "Community
websites".
Also, I don't like very much red as the color for *unvisited* links and
would use dark blue instead.

Not last, the page lack a footer.
