Including scalable icons to improve size coverage

Yeah it did. It made all the icons work in nautilus. It also worked if I 
opened the file and copied it to another. So you can correct this by 
loading/copying/saving again (within inkscape). Inkscape seems to leave 
the xml alone unless it has to.
