New draft for Add/Remove Software icon

the only thing that a don`t like is the package icon itself... it just
doesn`t really seem to fit the echo icon theme..
the rest of your icon is looking good..
if you remove the package icon you could ise it as a webserver icon ;)
though i don`t know where that`s even being used
