Cleaning svg icons report

[Luya Tshimbalanga]

I have completely trimmed svg icons[1]. Step to be done is to resize
Large icons to 48x48 and fixed some layouts. It took me about 1 hours to
download faulty svg (too lazy to modify the script). The name of tarball
is modifed-svg.
